It is encouraged that each participant have their own yoga mat, for the mat is a personal sacred space. However, there are mats and all other props provided complimentary by Live It Yoga. ~Upon leaving the studio, please take your mat and other belongings with you. ~ Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class to register and to get settled in. Practice door will close as class begins. ~ Please be respectful of fellow students as well as our neighbors and keep noise levels to the minimum in community, practice room and hallway. For safety, please keep hallway and staircase clear. ~ Please remove shoes upon entering community room. Please only barefoot in studio practice room. ~ Place all shoes, clothing, cel phones, personal belongings in storage area located in community room. ~ Please take valuables into practice room with you. Place in storage area in practice room. ~ It is suggested that you avoid eating two hours prior to practicing yoga. ~ Wearing comfortable clothing offers ease of movement. ~ Please refrain from wearing perfumes to class in respect of participants who may be sensitive to fragrances. ~ Please reframe from conversation while participating in class. ~ Please remain throughout savasana in respect of the calm atmosphere offered to all participants. ~ We are a cell phone and computer free space.
